As a client of Bank ten Cate & Cie, you can access your portfolio and view it in detail here.

For this part of the website, you will need a separate electronic certificate to log in. This certificate can be requested by contacting your Private Banker or Investment Adviser.

'Your Portfolio' is managed by Bank ten Cate & Cie, based in Amsterdam. Bank ten Cate & Cie is a securities credit institution which holds a licence from De Nederlandsche Bank under the Financial Supervision Act (Wet Financieel Toezicht). Bank ten Cate & Cie is also a member of the Dutch Securities Institute (DSI).

Exclusion of Liability

The 'Your Portfolio' log-in service is intended for the provision of general information to clients holding an account with Bank ten Cate & Cie. No rights can be derived from the content of 'Your Portfolio'. Without express written permission from Bank ten Cate & Cie it is forbidden to, amongst other things, copy the content of 'Your Portfolio', save it in a computerised data file or to disclose it in any manner or form, whether electronically, mechanically, by means of photocopying, recording or in any other way, except where used for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

'Your Portfolio' and this disclaimer are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this disclaimer shall be submitted solely to the competent court in Amsterdam.
